Uplink provides an embedded full-service recruiter within your team. Instead of charging placement fees, we invoice clients weekly for our service, allowing clients to make unlimited hires. As a result, we cost about 75% less than using a staffing agency.
Is using Uplink just like hiring a contract recruiter?
Uplink provides embedded recruiters who are more than just contractors; we're a full-service consulting company. That means we provide an entire recruiting tech stack, including job postings, resume databases, a LinkedIn Recruiter PRO account, and other competitive intelligence resources to help recruit and hire candidates. All of which is included in our weekly rate.
Can I add more jobs and change pricing plans?
Yes. You can change plans at any time. The more jobs you add, the lower the cost.

The cost-per-hire is 9% for our clients versus the 25% that staffing agencies charge.

Do you have recruiters who are ready to start immediately?
Yes. We already have recruiters in place. After meeting with your hiring managers, our team will source, recruit, and submit prescreened candidates within 24 hours.
Are your recruiters US-based?
Yes. Our founder and Recruiting Director are based in Houston, TX. Our recruiters are located throughout the United States and are U.S. citizens.
How often do you submit candidates?
As soon as we find qualified candidates, we submit them, which is typically done on a daily basis.
How do you submit candidates?
We submit candidate resumes, along with a synopsis of their experience and salary requirements, via email or through an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) integration.
Do you post jobs for us?
Yes. Uplink has LinkedIn job slots, which enable us to post jobs on behalf of our clients. Sometimes, we also post jobs on other job boards, including Indeed.
How do you find candidates?
Uplink uses Job postings on major job boards, including LinkedIn. We also recruit passive candidates using our LinkedIn Recruiter Pro license. In addition, we source from Wellfound, Indeed, our internal database, and other resume sites. Additionally, we utilize company org charts and competitive intelligence to identify potential candidates.
What is your placement guarantee, and what is the pricing cap?
We guarantee to fill your job, regardless of the number of days we spend on recruitment for the project. If it's not filled by the time we bill 12% as a cost-per-hire, we'll work for free until it's filled (spoiler alert: this has never happened).*
How do we track your progress?
Our manager holds weekly meetings with your team to review metrics updates, ensuring we stay on track.
*Uplink guarantees that a client's position will be filled unless the client cancels the search or fills the job through other means.
